Mobile Messaging Terms
- Program: NovusFlow SMS notifications for agent workflow approvals and account updates.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies by activity.
- Fees: Your carrier's message and data rates may apply.
- Commands: Reply STOP to cancel; HELP for assistance.
- Consent: Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Coverage: Delivery intended for U.S. phone numbers.
- Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility: You must be the subscriber or customary user of the number and at least 18 years old.
Opt‑out and Help Keywords
- STOP keywords recognized: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT
- HELP keywords recognized: HELP, INFO, SUPPORT
- Processing time: Opt‑out is immediate; you will receive a confirmation message.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the services solely for lawful, transactional purposes. Prohibited content includes SHAFT categories and any material that violates applicable laws, regulations, or operator guidelines. You must comply with all applicable laws and industry rules.

Definitions
“Services” means the NovusFlow SMS-enabled software and related websites; “We/Us” means NOVUS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LTD; “You” means the customer or user of the Services.
Service Description
We provide tools that let you initiate tasks, approve outputs, and receive updates via SMS or other channels. Specific features may change over time.
Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and authorized to use any phone number or account you provide. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
Fees and Payment
Some Services require paid subscriptions. Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change prices with reasonable notice.
Intellectual Property
We and our licensors retain all rights in the Services. You retain rights in your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Services.
Data Protection
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. To the extent we process personal data on your behalf, you instruct us to process such data to provide the Services and we will act as a processor under applicable data protection laws. A data processing agreement may apply upon request. You represent that you have a lawful basis to provide any personal data to us and will honor opt‑out requests (e.g., STOP) promptly.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate the Services or your access for any actual or suspected violation of these Terms or to comply with law. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of England located in London shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
